**MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO VIEW THE PROPERTY PRIOR TO PROCEEDING WITH THE APPLICATION PROCESS**
Step 1:
If interested in a specific apartment, Click on the “online credit application” link below. A Credit Application is required to begin the rental process. The application fee is $65.00 per person listed on the lease and is *non-refundable*.

Step 2:
If you want to put a hold on an apartment, after you are approved; a security deposit is required and a lease must be signed. Until this is completed, we continue to advertise and show the apartment.
Step 3:
The day before the lease begins, it is required that first month’s rent is paid with cash, a cashier’s check or money order. Keys to the home are then provided.
FAQ’s / Additional Information:
- Franklin Properties allows up to 2 cats but no other animals in any leased Unit.
- There is a $200.00 non-refundable pet fee for 1 cat, plus $10.00 pet rent. $300.00 non-refundable pet fee for 2 cats, plus $15.00 pet rent.
- Charcoal BBQ’s are NOT permitted. Gas BBQ’s are acceptable.
- There are occupancy limits for all leased units:
- One bedroom units – 2 adults and one infant.
- Two bedroom units – 3 adults OR 2 adults, 2 children (under 18 yrs of age).
- No smoking on or in any property.
